The GenX2005 real estate closing software consists of current state specific forms, federal documentation including the HUD-1 and HUD-1A settlement statements, multi-State federal forms and miscellaneous forms used to complete a closing package.

GenX is an easy-to-use legal development software tool that will increase the efficiency in preparing documents for a closing. The GenX2005 program is Windows 98, ME, NT 3.1(and greater), 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7 compatible.

Discharge Tracking - This option is keyed off of the payoff request letter generated through GenX2005 and added to the tracking system automatically. Discharges are then flagged when received with outstanding discharge requests being generated automatically at 60, 90 and 120 day intervals.

GenX2005 Escrow Accounting - GenX2005 escrow accounting is the first of two accounting options available with GenX2005. Allocate funds right out of the HUD onto the register, print checks, view the trial balance for all closings and print detailed reports on your accounting records.

Quicken® / Escrow Administration Software - This option includes approximately two hours of training and installation of Quicken® at your location. If this installation is on a network, we may require access to your technical support person. The software, the interface with GenX2005, multiple pre-defined reports and a full year's support from Escrow Account Services are all included in this price. We will also walk you through the first month's Quicken reconciliation. Additional hours of training are available. Checks may be ordered through Professional Document Systems.
