ME, NT 3.1(and greater), 2000, XP and Vista (please call to verify) compatible.
New ALTA Title Forms
In order to print the new forms;
1. Open GenX and click on the "smiley face".
2. Select "Utilities" from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
3. Select "Company Maintenance"
4. Press the F9 key on your keyboard.
5. Click on the applicable title company to be able to print their new forms.
If you need to print out an old policy you can follow this same procedure and uncheck the title company. An old policy will then be available.
Remember the download for new title rates is always available. On this web page click on "Title Insurance Rates", login , and click on "Update Title Rates".
1099 Forms compatible with GenX2005:
TF5160(red federal copy), TF5161(black borrower's copy)
